Reconstitution of Task Force for Public Sector Enterprises Reforms.

NOTIFICATION

No. PE. 97/ 2007/ Pt- II/ 14: Dated Dispur the June, 2009

In partial modification of Government Notification No. PE. 97/ 2007/ 65 dated 19-07-2008, the Task Force constituted to oversee and carry forward the reforms of the Public Sector Enterprises is hereby reconstituted with the following members:-

  1. Chief Secretary, Assam -- Chairperson
  2. Principal Secretary / Commissioner & Secretary Secretary to the Govt. of Assam Revenue Department -- Member
  3. Principal Secretary / Commissioner & Secretary / Secretary to the Govt. of Assam Concern Administrative Department -- Co-opted Member
  4. Commissioner & Secretary / Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Finance Department -- Member
  5. Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Public Enterprises Department -- Member Convenor

    6. The mandate of the Task Force will remain the same.

    This will come into force with immediate effect.
